Founded in 2007 with a heart for evangelism, we’ve grown from a small gathering into a thriving church where people from all backgrounds come together to experience God’s presence.

Our Pastor
Apostle Rev. Dr. Thomas Bechem was born again in October 2003, experiencing the transformative power of God through water baptism and the infilling of the Holy Spirit. Although raised in a religious household, it wasn’t until he encountered Christ personally that he understood the true meaning of salvation.
In October 2013, after moving to Westminster, Maryland, Pastor Thomas reconnected with his childhood friend, Bishop Robinson, who reintroduced him to Christ. Confronted with the emptiness of his life, he made the decision to fully surrender to God. This newfound relationship with Jesus ignited a hunger for the Word of God and a deep compassion for the lost.
Pastor Thomas has personally witnessed God’s miraculous healing power, including his own divine healing from an unknown illness after a supernatural encounter with Jesus. His unwavering faith and dedication to evangelism have since marked his ministry.
He holds a Doctorate in Divinity/Biblical Studies from My Life Theological University in Washington, DC, along with postgraduate education in Biblical Studies from Christian Leadership University in Buffalo, New York. Additionally, he earned an MBA in Finance/Project Management from Strayer University and a Certificate in Pastoral Ministry through the STEP Program at Eastern Mennonite University in Lancaster, PA.
Pastor Thomas is joyfully married to Pastor Eneke Bechem, his greatest blessing from the Lord. Together, they are raising four wonderful children — two sons and two daughters. With a shepherd’s heart, Pastor Thomas has been faithfully committed to caring for the church family and fulfilling God’s call to reach the lost since 2006.
In 2015, he answered the call to launch a Drug and Alcohol Restoration Program, which has led many individuals to repentance and freedom in Christ. His passion for soul-winning and dedication to the spiritual and physical well-being of others remain at the core of his ministry.

Minister Mirabelle faithfully serves as the church secretary and leads the Watch Women Ministry, empowering women to grow spiritually and fulfill their God-given purpose.
Pastor. Eneke Bechem
Executive Pastor, Worship Leader
Serving alongside her husband, Pst Eneke leads the Praise Stormers with grace and devotion. As the worship leader, she inspires hearts to encounter God through authentic praise and worship.

Youth pastor, drummer
Dedicated to mentoring the next generation, Min. Desmond leads the Radiant youths with passion. As a skilled drummer, he also brings vibrant energy to the worship experience.
