Zavannah’s Story
Before I encountered the Holy Spirit, my life was consumed by chaos. Addiction, smoking, and alcohol were my escape from the pain of an abusive relationship that shattered my self-worth. I lived in a fog of hopelessness, with no idea how to break free. The darkness seemed endless, and I couldn’t see a way out.
That all changed when I said yes to God. I decided to leave my old life behind and embrace the new life He offered me. Though I was free from my past, the scars of trauma and old patterns tormented me for months. I longed for healing, for true deliverance.
Everything shifted when I visited CMFI Tabernacle of Praise for the first time with a group of friends. After the service, we attended a powerful deliverance session. In that moment, the Holy Spirit reached deep into my brokenness. The love and grace of Jesus Christ began to illuminate the darkness of my soul.
The chains of addiction that once held me captive were broken. The relationship that haunted my past no longer had power over me. Shame and despair were replaced by peace, light, and a renewed spirit.
Today, I walk with God in ways I never thought possible. Every day is a living testimony to His boundless mercy. I can boldly declare that nothing is impossible for God. He has not only healed my heart but has given me a renewed sense of purpose.
